By using the Reporting Script App (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this App.
2. Purpose of the App
The App is developed solely for internal reporting and advertising performance tracking within MOC Group. It is not intended for resale, redistribution, or public offering.
3. Use of Data
- The App may request access to your advertising account data through the Tiktok Marketing API.
- Data accessed is used only for generating performance reports and will not be sold, shared, or transferred to unauthorized third parties.
- You retain ownership of your data.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your Tiktok account credentials and access tokens.
- You must comply with all applicable laws and Tiktok platform policies.
- You agree not to use the App for spamming, misleading campaigns, or any prohibited activity under Tiktok Advertising Policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MOC Group is not liable for any loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of the App.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service.
7. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
